Cheesequake State Park Trail Map

NJDEP publishes the official Cheesequake State Park maps as free PDFs on the park page: the 2026 trail brochure and map, which shows all five trails with their lengths, a park area map, and a georeferenced map you can load into a phone GPS app. Kiosks at the Trailhead Parking Lot also have maps. On the trails, the blaze color matches the trail's color on the map, and markers every tenth of a mile help you track distance.

What the Map Shows

The 2026 map labels the places people ask about:

A narrow dirt hiking trail curving through a mixed oak and pitch pine forest with leaf litter and low shrubs

Trail Lengths on the 2026 Map

Older DEP handouts still online list different lengths (for example Green 3.0 miles, Blue 2.0 to 2.7 miles, White 1.8 to 2 miles). Go by the 2026 map. Trail descriptions are on the Hiking page.
